Appendix 5: Kindness Scavenger Hunt
DIRECTIONS: Over the next week, engage in a kindness scavenger hunt to notice acts of kindness around you. For example, you might see someone pick up papers that someone drops, or a friend might cancel fun plans to help their sibling with homework. Observe the people around you, notice acts of kindness, and take notes below!
